PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the difficulty in thoroughly and surely obtaining vibration control effect in the case of fitting an inside mirror device through a base of a fixing means and a vibration control member of a vibration control means to different members. SOLUTION: An inside mirror device is fitted to a fixing part 71 and an abutting part 72 of a car body panel 7 of the same member through the base 3 of the fixing means and the vibration control member 5 of the vibration control means. As a result, sufficient and sure vibration control effect is obtained as compared with the conventional inside mirror device for a vehicle fitted to separate members through the base of the fixing means and the vibration control member of the vibration control means.
