PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder treating apparatus with which adhesion of a material to be treated to a guide vane, remelting thereof and wear of the guide vane can be prevented. SOLUTION: A powder treating apparatus body 1 is provided with a treating vessel 8, a shaft bearing 14 for supporting rotation of the treating vessel 8, a supporting member 15 for fixing and supporting the shaft bearing 14, a rotary shaft 9 for transmitting rotation force to the treating vessel 8, a shaft bearing 10 for supporting rotation of the rotary shaft 9, a motor 11 which is the drive source of rotation of the treating vessel 8, an upper cover 2 of the treating vessel 8, an upper plate 3 arranged between the upper cover 2 and the treating vessel 8, a guide vane 13 attached to the upper plate 3, a rotary shaft 16 for transmitting rotation force to the upper plate 3, a shaft bearing housing 4 which supports rotation of the rotary shaft 16, a motor 17 which is the drive source of rotation of the upper plate 3 and a pedestal 18 for fixing and supporting the motor 17.
