PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating compact having a solid shape to be used for various purposes imparted with excellent precision. SOLUTION: The heating compact is obtained by stereoscopically molding a sheet shape compact 10. The sheet shape compact 10 includes an oxidized metal, a moisturizer, a fibrous material, where maximum point stress is 0.3-5MPa and elongation at break point is 2.0-10%. It is preferable that the sheet shape compact 10 is molded by papermaking. It is preferable that a component other than the fibrous material is not less than 50 wt.% in the sheet shape compact 10.
