摘要 The invention discloses the means that is useful for a convenient and effective method for amplifying a nucleic acid sequence and a method for detecting a target nucleic acid, namely a chimeric oligonucleotide primer which contains deoxyribonucleotide and a ribonucleotide, wherein the ribonucleotide is positioned at the 3'-terminus or on the 3'-terminal side of the primer, and the use of a DNA polymerase having a strand displacement activity and an endonuclease for implementing said methods. The invention further discloses a material having an immobilized nucleic acid which is arrayed in a predefined region, wherein the method for producing said material comprises amplifying a nucleic acid sequence by the method involving a chimeric oligonucleotide primer, a DNA polymerase having a strand displacement activity and an endonuclease.
