<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable biological information monitor device capable of always monitoring biological information without requiring replacement of devices, and an information management device for processing and displaying the information prepared by the monitor device. <P>SOLUTION: The biological information monitor device detects pulse wave detection signals obtained by emitting green LEDs and body motion detection signals obtained by emitting infrared LEDs as biological information. When the set mode of preparation is a waking/normal mode, the body motion and pulse wave are calculated by analyzing the biological information as waking evaluation indexes for evaluating a subject in the waking state (S320). When the mode of preparation is a waking/regular kinetic motion mode, the body movement, pulse wave and pitch (S380) are calculated as kinetic motion evaluation indexes for evaluating the state of the subject in the regular moving state. When the mode of preparation is a sleeping mode, the body motion, pulse wave and autonomic nerve function (S420) are calculated as the sleeping evaluation indexes for evaluating the state of the subject in the sleeping state.
