<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generating system that is improved in contrast with respect to the display and decoration by means of illuminants. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generating system is provided with a solar cell module 15 constituted by arranging a plurality of solar cell elements 16 in a plane and the illuminant 23 among the solar cell elements 16, so that the illuminants 23 may emit light rays with the solar cell elements 16 on the backside.
