PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger structure in which incomplete connection of a charger is prevented by confining the charging terminal contact part within a charger case at the time of non-charging so that it is not exposed to the outside, and projecting the charging terminal contact part significantly such that the charging terminal contact part scratches the surface of the charging terminal on the electronic apparatus side when the electronic apparatus, e.g. a portable telephone, is set. SOLUTION: A swivel arm is provided in a charger case through a swivel arm and coupled with the charging terminal at a specified interval from a rotary shaft. An opening for projecting or inserting the contact part of the charging terminal is formed in the charger case. The contact part of the charging terminal is connected with the power receiving terminal on the electronic apparatus side while moving to scratch the surface thereof through the rotation of the swivel arm.
