PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ringback tone service improved in relation to a feedback previously selected by a called side to be reproduced to a calling side. SOLUTION: In an example, a device comprises one or plural intelligent network platforms. The platform works so as to provide a feedback to be reproduced to a calling side communication device in an active call from the calling side communication device to a called side communication device. One or plural platforms from among one or plural intelligent network platforms make a user of the called side communication device previously select one or plural parts of the feedback. The one or plural platforms from among the one or plural intelligent network platforms connect the active call to one intelligent network platform from among the one or plural intelligent network platforms from the calling side communication device by using a signal.
