PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform post-fit from the outdoor side to a window frame of an existing building. SOLUTION: An external attached roll screen comprises: a roll screen cloth 3 wound by a roll 2; a slider 4 attached to the front edge of the roll screen cloth 3 and uniformly pulling the roll screen cloth 3; a part to be locked 5 formed along both sides of the roll screen cloth 3; a pair of parallel guide rails 6 guiding the roll screen cloth 3 and the slider 4 to a drawing direction or a winding direction while preventing the part to be locked 5 from slipping off to the inside of the roll screen cloth 3; and an attaching stay for detachably externally mounting the guide rails 6 on the outdoor side window frame of the building by using the shape of an existing rail or the other end part formed in the window frame without using a tightening member such as a screw.
