PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking floor material having both effects of placing and laying support legs for supporting a concrete panel by adaptively following unevenness of the underfloor ground surface in response to bending-deflection, by bending and deflecting while simultaneously holding the connection of a small block of inducing a crack by crack inducing joint grooves, and forming a free rainwater outflow interval between the walking floor material and the underfloor ground surface, only by placing and laying the concrete panel open-air walking floor material of forming the crack inducing joint grooves on the underfloor ground surface. SOLUTION: This open walking floor material is constituted so that an upper surface of the concrete panel 2 is partitioned by a plurality of crack inducing joint grooves 3; a net 6 with the support leg is formed by projecting a plurality of support legs 8 downward from the other bending-deflecting net 7; the net 6 with the support leg is embedded over the substantially whole area of the concrete panel 2 with the net 7; a tip part of the support legs 8 is projected from an under surface of the concrete panel 2; and the concrete panel 2 is supported at a plurality of points on the underfloor ground surface 9 by a projecting tip part of the support legs 8.
