PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine monitoring system, a data control device and a hall monitoring device suited in monitoring fraud performed relative to a game machine such as a Pachinko machine and a Pachinko slot machine. SOLUTION: This game machine monitoring system 1 includes the game machine 2, the data control device 3, a hall computer 4 and a call lamp 5. The data control device 3 includes a data transmission part 3a, a data control part 3b, a data storage part 3c and a data determination part 3d. The call lamp 5 includes a data transmission part 5a, a data control part 5b and a CCD camera 5b. The data control device 3 stores shot image data including game machine data transmitted from the call lamp 5, allowing the data determination part 3d to determine whether or not being an abnormal state based on the game machine data, reads the shot image data including the past data from the occurrence of abnormality based on the determination result and transmits them to the hall computer 4.
