<p>An adhesive patch which comprises a substrate and, superposed thereon, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a rubber, a tackifier resin, and a softener, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains tulobuterol as an active ingredient in a concentration as low as 1 to 4 wt.% in a dissolved state and further contains a higher fatty acid as a release control agent in an amount of 0.1 to 3 wt.%. The adhesive patch contains tulobuterol in a low concentration and has the ability to stably control the release.</p> |
