<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cap with a liner for a heat-resistant metal/PP cap capable of withstanding retort sterilization for 30 min at 130°C and also having good opening properties at the time of opening. <P>SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of a resin composition for the liner, which contains 30-40 wt.% of a hydrogenated styrene/isoprene block copolymer (A) with a specific melt flow rate value, 40-50 wt.% of liquid paraffin (B), 10-30 wt.% of a polypropylene resin (C) and 0.2 wt.% or above of silicone oil (D) on the basis of the sum total amount of (A)+(B)+(C)+(D), is supplied to the inner surface of the metal cap in a softened or molten state and pressed by a cooled mold surface to be formed into a liner shape. Thereafter, the molded liner is heat-treated at 80-170°C for 1 min-24 hr to manufacture the cap with the liner for the heat-resistant metal/PP cap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
