<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an exhaust emission control catalyst capable of surely restraining the inflow of hydrogen sulfide in a cabin. <P>SOLUTION: An engine ECU 4 determines that there is the possibility of the inflow of exhaust gas in the cabin when determining that car internal pressure is less than car external pressure from output of a cabin inside-outside differential pressure sensor 5 or when determining that either of windows opens from output of a window full closing switch 7; and restrains the air-fuel ratio of an air-fuel mixture supplied to a combustion chamber 12 from getting fuel rich by controlling a fuel injection quantity by a fuel injector 21; and thus, restrains generation of H<SB>2</SB>S by restraining the exhaust gas introduced into the exhaust emission control catalyst 31 from getting a fuel rich state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
