PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member capable of easily fixing on a panel in a clamping member, which mounts by inserting into a panel hole, comprising a retaining section receiving a fastening screw, a seating plate section supporting on the panel, and two airfoils interconnecting the retaining section and the seating plate section. SOLUTION: When a nut receiving a screw in the retaining section is formed, the seating plate section keeps into contact with one side of the panel, and an arm of the airfoil keeping into contact with the seating plate section keeps into contact with the other side of the panel, ratchet sections connecting with each other are respectively arranged on the retaining section and the seating plate section.
