PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device which prevents foreign substance from entering a moving block from the gap between the side surface of a track rail and the inside surface of the moving block, even in such environment as much fine dust flies. SOLUTION: The guiding device comprises a track rail and a moving block 20, with the moving block 20 assembled to the track rail for relative movement with a rolling body that circulates a rolling body circulation path in between. The tip of a foreign-substance intrusion preventing plate 34, which closes the gap between the side surface of the track rail and the side surface in a side lid and the inner side of a skirt part on both sides of at least moving block body 21 of the moving body block 20, contacts the track rail in the side length direction.
