PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of grease between a backing metal of a pad and a shim over a long time, in regard to a disk brake device. SOLUTION: The disk brake device 10 is provided with a disk rotor 12, brake pads 22 and 24 to be pushed to the disk rotor 12 by a piston20 of a caliper 14 or a claw part 18, the shim 30 interposed between the backing metals 28 of the brake pads 22 and 24 and the piston 20 or between the backing metals 28 and the claw part 18.
