PURIFYING APPARATUS FOR ELECTRIC INSULATION OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove organic chlorine compound (PCB) from an electric insulation oil to efficiently and safely detoxicate the oil. SOLUTION: A crude insulation oil is circulated in a catalyst 11 in a hydrogen gas atmosphere of a vessel 9 through the 1st pipe 20a connecting a discharging port 16 to an introducing port 10 and the purified insulation oil discharged from the discharging port 16 is recovered in a recovery tank 21 through the 2nd pipe 20b. The 1st pipe 20a and the 2nd pipe 20b are provided with stop valves 23a and 23b, respectively. The insulation oil in the course of purification is selectively passed from the discharging port 16 to the 1st pipe 20a or the purified insulation oil is selectively transferred to the 2nd pipe 20b by the open/close operation of the stop valves 23a, 23b.
