PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a label or the like from being dirty caused by flowing-out of lubricating oil applied onto a shaft rotatably supporting the winding drum on a surface of either of both end plates of the winding drum. SOLUTION: A bearing cylinder 6 extending inward in a tapered shape is formed integrally with an inner-periphery edge of a central hole 4 formed in each of both the end plates 2. An annular rib 7 surrounding the outer periphery of the central hole and a rough portion such as a step-off portion 8 are integrally formed on a surface of each of both the end plates.
