PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaky matter packaging body which is easily opened and handled. SOLUTION: This relates to a flaky matter packaging body storing a flaky matter 4 in a storage part 3 between a top film 1 and a bottom film 2. The film 1 and the film 2 are provided with an easy opening characteristic and a heat sealing characteristic, and the film 1 and the film 2 are heat-sealed at the peripheral edge 5 of the storage part 3.
