PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work load of a worker and improve productivity and sanitariness in the bagging work of food materials, such as raw meet blocks. SOLUTION: An automatic raw meet bagging apparatus 1 is provided. The apparatus 1 comprises a movable meet holder 10, an automatic bag supply unit 30 which supplies bags automatically and sequentially, a carry-in conveyor 50 for carrying in raw meet blocks, and a carry-out conveyor 60 for carrying out the raw meet that is bagged by the movable meet holder 10. The movable meet holder 10 comprises a plate 18 which can slide over a table 31 of the automatic bag supply unit 30, a plurality of round bar frames 12 which extend in almost parallel from the plate 18 to demarcate a space for holding the raw meet, a holder moving cylinder 14, and a meet extruding cylinder 20.
