PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To serve the purpose of securing the strength against an excessive input load without complexity of the constitution or the like. SOLUTION: A seat side member 22 and a floor body side member 21 pivoting a lifter link 16 are respectively formed by integrately separated opposing vertical walls 22-i, 22-o, separately disposed in parallel in the right and left direction of the seat and as the double structure by the separated opposing vertical walls 21-i, 22-o. The pivot of the corresponding end part accompanied by slidably contacting and holding in the double structure vertical wall with support shafts 32, 34 supported at both ends built and held between the double structure vertical walls is made to be the pivot of the lifter link relative to the seat side member and the floor body side member.
