PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular soundproof structure with a soundproof material mounted on a cabin side of a vehicle body panel in which the weight of the sound insulating material is reduced, the fuel consumption efficiency and the mounting workability are enhanced, and the sound insulation characteristic is enhanced. SOLUTION: An insulator dash (a sound insulating material) 20 mounted on the cabin side of a dash panel 10 is formed of a single layer of a dense porous sound absorber 21, and mounted thereon via an air layer 30 from the dash panel 10. The weight is reduced, the noise insulating function is enhanced to the noise transmitted through the dash panel 10, and the sound insulation performance is enhanced by taking the noise into the dense porous sound absorber 21 again to the reflected noise from the inside of a cabin R.
