PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pencil, on the surface of which a finely uneven coating film is formed, which has a dry lacquer tone external appearance and effects such as anti-skid, excellent gripping feeling, marbelizing of coating surface, anti-scratching of coating surface (protective film) or the like. SOLUTION: This dry lacquer tone pencil has a coating film, which is formed by coating polymeric particle-containing paint so as to form finely uneven coating film on its surfaces. As a result, as the polymeric particle, an amidic polymeric particle and/or acrylic polymeric particle can be used suitably.
