The invention relates to a guide tube for a flexible duct for transporting hydrocarbons comprising an internal tubular element (10) consisting of a substantially rectilinear section (12) extending along an axis (A) and prolonged by a free section (14) provided with a curvature and a wall (38) which is internal with respect to said curvature against which said flexible duct is accommodated when frictionally carried through said guide tube. The rectilinear section (12) comprises eccentric guide means (18) for directing said flexible duct away from the axis (A) in a direction opposite to the curvature in such a way that the duct is deviated from said internal wall.
