The communication line terminating module (TM) includes a receiving path (H, LR, F', AD, SEP, DP) for the telephone signals and the digital data; the receiving path (H, LR, F', AD, SEP, DP) is coupled between a communication line terminal on the one hand and both a telephone output terminal (TO) and a digital data output terminal (DO) on the other hand. A transmitting path (DP, COM, DA, F, LD, H) for the telephone signals and the digital data; the transmitting path (DP, COM, DA, F, LD, H) is coupled between both a telephone input terminal (TI) and a digital data input terminal (DI) on the one hand and the communication line terminal on the other hand.
