<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hydrogen gas from being collected in a filling port. <P>SOLUTION: The filling port 2 to fill water to a water storage tank 1 of a fuel cell is installed at a higher position than the water storage tank 1 and a water pouring guiding path 24 is provided in the water storage tank 1.
