<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of generating an oscillation signal with a long period without the need for increasing the capacitance of a capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: Both terminals across the capacitor 3 are used for charging/discharging. That is, one period of an output signal of the oscillation circuit is controlled into four steps of charging of a first terminal of the capacitor, discharging of a second terminal, charging of the first terminal, and discharging of the second terminal, and the one period of the output signal comprises the four steps. The configuration of the oscillation circuit is provided with current sources 8 to 11 and switches 4 to 7 for charging/discharging both the terminals of the capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
