PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system which enables a person taking a lecture to comfortably and easily ask questions or make opinions to a lecturer during the lecture and enables the questions and opinions to be displayed at a site in real time. SOLUTION: The information display system is provided with a cell phone (1) connectable to the Internet, a server (2) connected to the Internet and capable of disclosing a web page, a terminal (3) connected to the Internet, and display devices (4) and (5) connected to the terminal (3). The server (2) creates a web page resulting from extracting a text in an E-mail in response to reception of the E-mail from the cell phone (1) and sets the web page to a state browsable on the Internet, and the terminal (3) displays a screen of the web page on display devices (4) and (5).
