<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag ECU having practicality and developability and capable of corresponding to troubles both in driving and in parking and of automatically transmitting report data to an information destination. <P>SOLUTION: The air bag ECU 1 is provided with a position detection means 25 for detecting the present position of a vehicle 9, a calculating means 240 for calculating the shock the vehicle 9 receives by a signal from sensors 27, 41, and a reporting means 28 for transmitting the report data comprising at least the present position from among the present position and the shock to the information destination 51 set in advance.
