<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation protection foil structure which can secure security against undesirable operation while securing rearrangement possibility. <P>SOLUTION: For the infringement on an upper region (203b) of a foil layer (203) by a laser beam (204), a lower region (203a) is remained to be undamaged. While making a weakening line by a laser action, a foil weakening to some extent can be controlled more practically and accurately compared to a conventional punching and cutting process for making a weakening line. A compound foil (201) has enough tear resistance while attaching, and it can be provided without a problem onto an object to which it is adhered without a risk of occurring a crack or destruction. However, as soon as an adhesive agent (202) becomes effective, the foil structure can no longer be removed without a residual.
