发明名称 WELDING METHOD USING LASER BEAM
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method using a laser beam, by which scattering of substances, such as fumes or a plasma, at the time of welding is suppressed with a simple structure at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A supporting lattice 1 consisting of an Inconel alloy is housed in a chamber. A weld part 28 is welded by irradiating the weld part, which is formed by intercrossing weld tabs 2a of the supporting lattice 1, with a laser beam L emitted from a laser emitting head 26 outside the chamber. A focus fo of the laser beam is positioned on a top part T of the weld part 28. Thereafter, the laser emitting head 26 is moved in the direction of an optical axis Lo to set the focus fo within the range of -3 mm to -4 mm or within the range of +1 mm to +2 mm on the basis of the position of the top part T. By controlling the focus Fo within this range, a weld nugget having a high welding strength is obtained, and generation of fumes is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
