PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled jacket which has good heat conduction efficiency and superior expansibility and assembling property. SOLUTION: The liquid-cooled jacket is equipped with a base 201 which is joined with a heat generating body; a column 202 which stands at right angles to the base 201; a plurality of heat radiation fins 203 which are fitted to the column 202 and arranged in parallel to the base 201; a partition 204 filling parts between the plurality of heat radiation fins 203 to a specified width; and a case 205 which is joined with the base 201 while surrounding the column 202 and heat radiation fins 203 and has an entrance and an exit for cooling liquid where a flow of the cooling liquid is divided by the partition 204, and the plurality of fins 203 are arranged at intervals narrower than their width. Consequently, the cooling liquid flow in the liquid-cooled jacket ensures a plurality of flow passages, so the flow passage resistance is small and the size of the entrance and exit for the cooling liquid is nearly equalized to the height of the arrayed heat radiation fins 203 to the flow velocity uniform between the respective heat radiation fins 203.
