PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film excellent in gas/liquid-barrier tendency, moldability, heat resistance, water vapor-barrier tendency and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The packaging film comprises (A) 0.1-20 wt.% of a functional group-bearing thermoplastic polymer, (B) 1 wt.% or greater but less than 45 wt.% of a crystalline resin containing polymer chain having on the terminal a component reactive with the above functional group and (C) 35-98 wt.% of an olefin resin.
