PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating commands of a servomotor controller and a device for the same for generating commands which can simply be adjusted and can select passed responses by fewer parameters. SOLUTION: In the servo control method, at least one of a position, speed or acceleration at the time of the servomotor operation is input as an operating condition with respect to time or the position of a synchronized drive body, and the command of the servomotor is generated on the basis of at least one of the position, the speed, or the acceleration input under the operating condition. The device for generating the command includes: a command generator; a quantity of state detector for detecting the quantity of state of an object to be controlled; and a control computing unit for computing and outputting a signal for driving the object to be controlled on the basis of the command and the detected value. The command generator outputs a speed command to the control computing unit by making an exponentiation function v(t) = a x t<SP>k</SP>x (b-t)<SP>k</SP>, (0≤t≤b) the speed command where (a) is a variable dependent on a travelled distance, (b) is a variable showing a travelling time, and (k) is an adjustment parameter.
