PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer control system capable of properly controlling data transfer between a device connected to a first bus and a plurality of logical units connected to a second bus. SOLUTION: This data transfer control system 10 includes a buffer controller 38 controlling access to a data buffer 40 and a transfer controller 12 controlling data transfer between a PC connected to a BUS1 and the logical units LUN1 and LUN2 connected to a BUS2. The transfer controller 12 includes a command processing part 80, by which data transfer to/from the LUN 1 is started according to a command instructed by an ORB in receipt of the ORB for the LUN1 while data transfer to/from the LUN 2 is started according to a command instructed by an ORB in receipt of the ORB for the LUN2, and a weight processing part 72 weighting ORB processing for the LUN2 when bus resetting occurs during processing the ORB for the LUN1 and the ORB for the LUN2 is received after occurrence of the bus resetting.
