PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-measuring device capable of measuring highly accurately by utilizing an existing load cell, even if a fluctuating load is a fine value exceeding the measurement accuracy of the load cell (strain gauge), when measuring a heavy-load measuring object. SOLUTION: This load-measuring device is equipped with a base 3, a rotating shaft 4 journaled on the base 3, a load-receiving member 5 fixed to the rotating shaft 4 in the cantilever state and rotating about the rotating shaft 4 by receiving the load of the measuring object 2, a load transfer member 6 fixed to both the base 3 and the rotating shaft 4 and resisting a torque generated in the rotating shaft 4, the strain gauge 7 stuck on the surface of the load transfer member 6 for converting the elastic deformation quantity generated in the load transfer member 6 into electrical resistance, and a load reaction generating mechanism 8 constituted so as to transfer the load torque for canceling out the torque generated by the load of the measuring object 2 to the rotating shaft 4.
