PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of being unable to secure cooking performance since vanes of a circulation fan are formed by providing a cut and raised part in one sheet metal, and because of providing the cut and raised part, a cutout part is formed in a shape of the vane in a sheet metal part, air sucked by rotation randomly passes the cutout part, and an air volume to be sent in an outer circumferential direction cannot be optimized. SOLUTION: In the cooking device, air sent in the outer circumferential direction of the circulation fan 7 is composed so as to adhere a back face plate 9 to the circulation fan 7.
