RUBBER CUSHION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cushion with an excellent proofing characteristic in which a low dynamic spring characteristic is compatible with high damping one while securing an excellent vibration proofing characteristic and an enough endurance. SOLUTION: An SBR component excluding an unvulcanized liquid component is dispersed in an island phase within a matrix composed of an vulcanized diene rubber, and forms a sea-island structure to give a high damping characteristic by vucanizing a composite which is formed by compounding a liquid SBR in a specified glass transition temperature from -35 to -10 degrees Celsius in a unvulcanized diene rubber material.
