PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rapid change of an oil level in a case, caused by the inclination of a car body, the acceleration and deceleration of an automobile, the change of an oil temperature and the like. SOLUTION: A first joint surface H1 having oil passages a1-a15 is formed on a lower face of a case main body 30, a second joint surface of a valve body is joined with the first joint surface H1, and the oil is reserved at the circumference of the valve body by using an oil pan. Recessed oil reservoirs 41-49 extended toward an upper part of the case are formed at an inner side of a peripheral edge part S of the first joint surface H1, and the oil reservoirs and an outer side of the peripheral edge part S are communicated by communication parts 41a-49a. As the oil partially flows to the oil reservoir through the communication parts when the oil level is risen, and the oil reserved in the oil reservoir flows out through the communication parts when the oil level is lowered, the rapid change of the oil level can be inhibited.
