PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cutoff device capable of surely determining the battery run-out by setting the optimum voltage as a voltage for determining the lowering of battery voltage taking battery run-out into consideration. SOLUTION: A battery operating time determining part 12 clocks an operating time from the start of supply of a battery power source part 9 by a battery operating time clocking part 10, and outputs a clocking signal when a clocked value is over a time limit of the battery operating limit setting part 11. The battery deterioration detecting part 13 receiving the signal, sets the battery run-out voltage to be higher than that before inputting the clocking signal, to determine the deterioration of battery voltage after inputting the clocking signal.
