PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which can prevent the fraudulence. SOLUTION: A plurality of reels are so arranged as to enable the variable display of a plurality of symbols and the random number is acquired each time the game is executed by the variable display on the plurality of reels and a lottery means uses the random numbers and carries out the lottery to determine whether the winning is earned or not. The lottery means is provided with a clock generation circuit 501 for supplying the clock for the generation of the random numbers, a random number generation circuit 503 for generating the random numbers based on the clock, a sampling circuit 504 for acquiring the random numbers from the random number generation circuit 503 by the game starting operation, an operation switch 6a for detecting the input based on the game starting operation and an AND gate 502 which limits the input of the clock to the random number generation circuit 503 based on the request from the game control means.
