PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise machine for safely exercising lower limbs even in a state of sitting on a wheelchair or lying on a bed. SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problem, an electric step movement machine 1 according to the present invention has a motor 2, a rotary shaft 3 rotated with the motor 2, abutting members 5 rotating around the rotary shaft 3, and two foot rest members 8 oscillatably supported with a same support shaft 7, the foot rest members 8 are oscillated by rotating the above abutting members 5 while abutting to the above foot rest members 8.
