A culture medium (1) for fish bank or coral reef used as the habitat of sea organisms including seaweed beds and crustaceans, comprising a three-dimensional spring structure (3) having hollow parts (2) and forming the culture medium for tangle weeds, a cast-iron block (4) generating iron ions, and a concrete weight (5) preventing the culture medium from being flown by an ocean current, wherein the cast-iron block (4) is included in the specified part of the three-dimensional spring structure (3), the hollow parts (2) are formed in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like three-dimensional spring structure (3) but may be formed in the other direction, the three-dimensional spring structure (3) and the concrete weight (5) are fixed to each other with an adhesive agent (mortar) (6) and fastening metal fittings (7), and the fastening metal fittings (7) are formed of anchor bolts (8) fixed to holes and nuts (9) connectable to the anchor bolts (8).
