<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely deaerate oil and prevent generation of bubbles during an oil filling process as a post process of a deaerating process, and to enable to specify the cause of bubbles if bubbles are generated. <P>SOLUTION: Vacuum deaeration is performed for the oil in a vacuum container under a reduced pressure environment simultaneously with stirring deaeration performed by indirectly rotating a stirring bar dipped in the oil by a drive source disposed outside the vacuum container. The deaerated oil is filled into a bearing clearance. At this time, the pressure in a vacuum container in which fluid dynamic pressure bearing is held is reduced to be lower than the pressure in the vacuum container in which the oil is stored. After the oil is supplied from the vacuum container in which the oil is stored to the vacuum container in which the fluid dynamic pressure bearing is held, the oil is filled into the bearing clearance by increasing the pressure in the vacuum container in which the bearing is held. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
