<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring tool capable of performing wiring work at a high position, e.g. in the ceiling, easily in safety. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring tool comprises a holder for holding a linear member, e.g. a wire or a cable, a support for supporting the holder, and a pair of couplers for coupling the holder to the support. Location of the coupler can be changed by an operating means between a position for coupling the holder to the support and a position for uncoupling the holder and the support.
