<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly transfer a liquid chemical (contrast medium) to body circulation, to make an excellent imaging inspection possible, to reduce the stagnation inside veins of the contrast medium, to reduce artifacts and to improve the image quality of image inspections in a tandem type 2-layered syringe preparation for filling the liquid chemical for filling the contrast medium for CT inspections and for MRI inspections. <P>SOLUTION: In this tandem type 2-layered syringe preparation for filling the liquid chemical, a syringe barrel is doubled, the nozzle 16 of a first barrel 11 is provided with an injection needle 17, and a plug 18 through which the injection needle 17 can be penetrated is provided on the tip of a second barrel 12. By the pressure of a plunger 15, a first liquid 19 (contrast medium) filled inside the first barrel 11 is discharged through the plug 18 first, then the injection needle 17 passes through the plug 18 and successively a second liquid 20 (solution for backing) filled in the second barrel 12 is discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
