<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to confirm interesting information whenever and wherever it is convenient by operating an automatic transaction device to take a reading code where additional information is stored into a mobile terminal that the customer owns. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes an automatic transaction device 11 that allows financial transactions, and a customer information management server 21 which, based on the customer ID of the customer 12 operating the automatic transaction device 11, creates guidance information matching the customer 12.
