<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a representative need not collect charges and each person need not pay the charges on the spot when a plurality of persons pay by installment. <P>SOLUTION: Necessary information is acquired from a portable terminal of a payer or of a consignor of reservation (hereafter consignor). The consignor is notified that the representative wants to acquire private information for the payment or reservation by displaying a confirmation message to a terminal display of the consignor. The consignor confirms the contents and approves them by operation such as pressing a button. When approved, the terminal of the consignor transmits information necessary for the payment or reservation to the terminal of the representative. After the representative has acquired the information by repeating the task for the all the persons' number of times, the representative sends the information to a service provider at a time.
