<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure wherein lining can be exchanged without exchanging a backing metal, in regard to a plain bearing structured by lining the backing metal. <P>SOLUTION: A lining pad 20 is combined with the backing metal 10. The backing metal 10 and the lining pad 20 are connected to each other by bolts 30 screwed to the lining pad 20 from a backing metal 10 side.
